Anxiety, depression and other mood disorders can often can go hand in hand with ADHD. It's also common for ADHD to be missed due to symptoms of these other conditions. We hope these resources can help you.

Canadian Mental Health Association
The CMHA is a mental health charity that offers 330 community locations for supporting mental health.

Anxiety Canada
Anxiety Canada offers resources and information about anxiety in adults. This page includes pages on self help strategies.

CANMAT
The Canadian Network for Mood and Anxiety Treatments is a group of experts who have compiled resources for patients and families.

Mood Disorders Society of Canada
The MDSC offers multiple resources to learn about mood disorders and seek support.

Bounceback Ontario
BounceBack is a free skill-building program managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). It is designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress or worry. Delivered over the phone with a coach and through online videos, you will get access to tools that will support you on your path to mental wellness.
